Most rattles will have light charring due to wood burning as it engraved. We let the Rattle Air out with airflow fan to cure these scents but regardless they can continue. Any excess burn marks can we wiped off with damp wipe.

Our rattles have been tested and are BPA Free, Lead Free, Cadmium Free, Phthalates Free, PVC Free, and Latex Free.
We have also tested for Small Parts, Use and Abuse.

The rattle has been sanded down with multiple grades to add a soft finish that will not have splinters.

CARE:
Do not wet or wash as this will cause the wood to warp as its not treated with anything to protect against water
You can wipe with a damp cloth
If you feel the need to add oil to it, ensure its food safe oil like Coconut Oil, or maybe even beeswax all at your own risk.
